Cost Reduction
Cut overheads without cutting corners
Most businesses are paying for things they don’t use, on plans that no longer fit, under contracts that rolled over without anyone noticing. We find those costs and remove them.
Is this you?
Signs it’s time
- Overheads have crept up, but nobody can say exactly why.
- Contracts have auto-renewed for years without a review.
- There are subscriptions nobody remembers signing up for.
- Supplier bills are hard to understand or check.
- The business has grown or shrunk, and its plans haven’t followed.
What we do
How we approach it
Spend analysis
Twelve months of supplier spend collected and categorised, so you can see where the money actually goes.
Contract and plan review
Terms, renewal dates, notice periods and pricing checked against your real usage and current market rates.
Negotiation and switching
We renegotiate on your behalf, or run a simple tender when switching is worth it, and manage the change-over.
Billing error recovery
Overcharges, duplicate services and missed credits identified and claimed back.
Scope
What we review
- Telco, mobile and internet
- Software subscriptions and SaaS
- IT support and managed services
- Hosting, cloud and data centre
- Printing and copier leases
- Other recurring supplier contracts
No saving, no fee. Cost recovery is charged at 50% of the verified monthly saving for 12 months, and 30% of any one-off refunds or credits. If we don’t save you money, you don’t pay. Best suited to businesses spending $2,000 or more a month on IT, telco and software.
Not sure this is the right starting point? The Operations Review covers spend, risk and process in one fixed-price engagement.
